Terms of Service for FastTicket Platform

Β§1. Definitions

1. Operator – provider of the FastTicket platform, Fly Eagles Fly company registered in the Netherlands, providing services in accordance with these Terms of Service.

2. FastTicket Platform – online system for managing and handling vehicle issue reports in transport companies.

3. Fleet Manager – person representing a transport company, creating an account on the Platform and entering into an agreement with the Operator.

4. Driver – user of the FastTicket mobile application, authorized to report vehicle issues.

5. Mechanic – user of the FastTicket mobile application, authorized to review and handle assigned reports.

6. Mobile Application – software available for iOS and Android systems, enabling drivers and mechanics to report and handle issues.

7. Administrative Panel – online panel enabling fleet managers to manage accounts, subscriptions, vehicles and users, available after login.

8. Subscription – paid access package to the Platform, in accordance with the chosen subscription variant.

9. Report – electronic form of vehicle issue report, created by a driver in the mobile application.

10. Stripe – payment operator handling subscription transactions for the Platform.

Β§2. Registration and Agreement

1. Using the Platform requires account registration by a Fleet Manager.

2. During registration, the following data is required:

  • first and last name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • password
  • company name
  • full address (with postal code and country)
  • tax identification number (NIP/VAT/CIF)

3. The agreement with the Operator is concluded after accepting the Terms of Service and completing the registration process.

4. Full access to the Platform is obtained after paying the subscription through Stripe.

5. The Operator may refuse registration, informing the user by email if the data provided during registration is incomplete or untrue.

Β§3. Subscriptions and Payments

1. Full access to the Platform is only possible after purchasing an active subscription.

2. Available subscription packages:

  • Start – up to 10 vehicles
  • Standard – up to 50 vehicles
  • Pro – up to 100 vehicles
  • Enterprise – over 100 vehicles

3. Current pricing for packages is available in the 'Service Pricing' document on the Platform's homepage.

4. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly or yearly, according to the user's choice.

6. The subscription can be cancelled at any time in the Administrative Panel.

7. Cancelling the subscription does not result in a refund of paid funds. Access to the Platform remains active until the end of the paid period.

8. Failure to pay on time results in blocking full access to the Platform.

Β§4. Platform Usage Rules

1. Accounts may only be used for business purposes and in accordance with applicable law and good practices.

2. Sharing access data with third parties is prohibited.

3. The Fleet Manager is responsible for all actions of users to whom they have granted access.

Β§5. Operator's Obligations

1. The Operator undertakes to provide Platform services in a professional and continuous manner.

2. All data entered by users is treated as confidential and appropriately secured.

3. The Operator does not share user data with third parties, unless required by legal obligation.

4. The Operator is not responsible for interruptions in access to the Platform caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, cyber attacks or service provider failures.

5. The Operator undertakes to remove failures as quickly as possible.

6. Technical interruptions do not constitute grounds for subscription refund.

7. The Operator may carry out maintenance work, of which Fleet Managers will be informed by email at least 7 days in advance, with the expected duration.

Β§6. Final Provisions

1. The Operator may change the Terms of Service, informing users by email with 14 days' notice.

2. Continued use of the Platform after this period means acceptance of the introduced changes.

3. Personal data processing rules are specified in the Privacy Policy available on the Platform's website.

4. Invoices are generated automatically by Stripe, and delivery occurs no later than 48 hours after payment.

5. All disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Operator's place of registration.

6. All rights to the FastTicket Platform, including logos, technical solutions and documentation, are reserved.
